Your Subscription & Trial Ritual
RM10 gets you a trial-size Face Serum and Hair Serum (Perfect Night), or a trial-size single product if you've chosen the Face Serum, Hair Serum, or Sunscreen on its own. That covers your delivery, not a discount on the full product. You have 14 nights to use it. If the ritual has earned its place by day 15, the full-size set follows automatically and is charged at full price. If it hasn't, cancel before day 15 and nothing further happens — no charge, no follow-up.
When you start a trial or a recurring subscription with Shvéta Labs, you'll receive repeat deliveries automatically until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel a trial or subscription at any time, including before your first renewal. Your payment details are stored securely with our payment processor and you'll be charged automatically for each renewal unless you cancel beforehand.
No. Unlike some subscription models, we don't require a minimum number of orders before you're allowed to cancel. The 14-night trial converts to one full-price order on day 15 if not cancelled, and the bi-monthly subscription can be cancelled before any renewal, with no penalty either way.
Every trial comes with a RM10 voucher for any future order, with no expiry date. This is yours to keep whether or not you continue past day 15.
No. We send a reminder by email a few days before your trial ends or your subscription renews, restating the date and the amount. You'll also get a confirmation email on the day of any charge.
Yes, with one limit: the Perfect Night trial includes both the Face Serum and Hair Serum, so it isn't combinable with separate Face Serum or Hair Serum trials. If you've trialed Perfect Night, those two categories are considered used even if you cancel. The Sunscreen trial is always available on its own, regardless of what else you've trialed.
Log into your account using the email you used at checkout. From there, you can: View your upcoming renewal date and amount/ Cancel a trial or subscription at any time/ Update your shipping address or payment method/ Skip an upcoming bi-monthly delivery. Log into your account, go to Subscriptions, select the relevant trial or subscription, and choose Cancel. This takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's processed. There's no minimum period required before you're allowed to cancel, and no form to fill out beyond the cancellation itself.
For the bi-monthly Subscribe & Save plan, yes — you can skip an upcoming delivery from your account without cancelling the subscription entirely. The 14-night trial doesn't have a pause option, since it's a one-time conversion window rather than an ongoing delivery schedule.
The 5% off is a limited-time launch offer, available through 31 July 2026. Subscriptions started before then keep the discounted RM456 price for as long as the subscription stays active — it's only new sign-ups after 31 July 2026 that would be subject to standard pricing, should the promo end.
